Broward College is seeking applications for the position of Workforce Development Clinician-Critical Care.

Job Profile Summary
Under limited supervision, this position provides and fosters a collaborative relationship between Broward County Healthcare Systems and Broward College in order to address the current nursing shortage by proactively implementing strategies which identify educational needs for employee training in specialty fields such as Emergency Department, Critical Care, and Perioperative nursing.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree (BSN) required. Master's Degree preferred (MSN).

Minimum Experience/Training:
At least five years of related field experience with a background in the specified nursing specialty and three years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Minimum Certification/Licenses:
Active Florida RN License; AHA BLS Healthcare Provider required & AHA ACLS Provider preferred.
