Description: RN - Critical Care Response
CHS-Caliburn is deploying Critical Care Response Team(s) on an as-needed basis to provide urgent, lifesaving medical care to stabilize and treat patients with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19. The locations of patient care services include all 23 Indian Health Service federal hospitals and 22 tribally-managed hospitals throughout the United States. Using evidence-based best practices, the Critical Care Response Team members will also conduct hands-on clinical education while treating patients, in order to train the frontline health care professionals at each hospital in the necessary skills and clinical competencies to perform procedures to care for the management of COVID-19 and other critically ill patients. The Critical Care Response Team will provide pre- and post-engagement support for each location in the scope, which includes 24-hour/7 days per week provider-to-provider consultation, and virtual training, as needed.

Qualifications: Travel and lodging provided. Meals will be provided or a meal per diem will be provided
Hold a BSN, MSN or DNP from an accredited nursing program and/or have demonstrated equivalent U.S. training and education as evidenced by passing the NCLEX-RN
Applicants must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination
Hold Active and unrestricted RN State License from the State Board of Nursing in a state, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States and
The ability to be favorably credentialed.
5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 24 months in the past three years of a Level 1 or 2 Trauma designated ED or ICU managing short term and long-term ventilated patients
Must have BLS, ACLS and CCRN Adult certification.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills
Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.


TNCC, NALS, NRP,CCRN Pediatric, CCRN Neonatal and or PALS certifications
2 years' ER-Triage RN experience.
2 years' Infection Control RN experience.
2 years' Critical Care RN experience.
2 years' Case Management experience.
2 years' Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor experience.
2 years' experience as a Chief nursing officer.
