Your day.

As the Director of ICU you’ll:

  • Lead in daily operations, staff management, financial responsibilities, physician relations, best patient experience (BPE), and quality for the unit
  • Serve as Stroke Coordinator and oversee Stroke Readiness designation
  • Serve on Medical Value Analysis Team
  • Review, revise, formulate, approve, and ensure accuracy of all Policies and Procedures relevant to ICU and overall Nursing
  • Conduct projects and assignments per the request of the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer
  • Serve as the site lead on assuring the best patient experience
  • Partner with other clinical leaders in a supportive, “team first” mentality

Position type: Full-time

Qualifications: We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

  • BSN, preference for Master’s Degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a healthcare management and/or service line administration role
