As the Unit Director for our Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Unit, you will provide clinical leadership within a state-of-the-art environment as you help deliver outstanding, compassionate care to patients at the most critical moments, by delivering outstanding outcomes for the most complex and challenging cases. You will need to use your exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills in order to manage disaster incidents and sentinel events.

Qualifications
We’re seeking a strong nursing leader with a current California RN license and:
MSN or BSN with a Master’s degree in a related field
Proven background in ICU nursing
3-5 years of progressive leadership experience
Neuro/trauma ICU experience preferred
CCRN or national leadership certification desired
Previous Magnet or Beacon experience a plus
