Guide & Support Your Unit. As the CTICU/CT-Step Down Nurse Manager, you would oversee two 16-bed units in a busy trauma center. Treating patients through a widespread o fcardiac cases, Lankenau CT surgery is on the cutting edge and is a national leader in Cardiac Care! We average around 1,200 cardio-thoracic non-invasive and invasive surgical cases per year, and also have a very busy Structural Heart program.

Qualifications: Education:

BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required; MSN or other related Masters Degree preferred.

Licensures & Certifications:
1. Current PA RN license & Heartsaver BLS.
2. Critical Care certification (CCRN) or Leadership (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.

Experience:

1. Three to five years clinical experience in Critical Care nursing. (Ideally CT experience)
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience.
