ICU Assistant Manager, RN
Los Angeles, California - Full-Time\Night Shift

In this role, you will supervise the implementation, delivery, and evaluation/improvement of quality patient care/nursing operations and services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities, and performance/outcome measures, as well as with departmental, business, and organizational goals/objectives.

Qualifications: Qualifications Include:
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience relevant to a given position/department, including one year of leadership experience
• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• A BSN or MSN
• A current California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Knowledge of quality improvement, clinical care delivery processes, staffing, and budgeting
• Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
