Work alongside the best in your field. Provide direct patient care to patients who have a variety of medical and/or surgical conditions, from adolescent to geriatric. Coordinate care with other disciplines related to patient education and care goals for discharge and optimal health status. Ideal candidates are a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a FL nursing license as well as 1 year of acute care experience—preferably in ICU.

Take the next step in your career. Manage the patient care unit for administrative and clinical aspects. Provides guidelines for proper direction and workflow processes. Provide education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise and ensure accountability and continuity of patient care. Two to three years of recent nursing clinical experience to include at least one year of managerial and/or healthcare management experience is required.
