Description: Healthcare Data Analytics Manager (Field Based - West Region) – Clinical Services Group

The Manager of Healthcare Data Analytics engages with hospital administration, C-suite management, physician leaders and clinicians to garner commitment to optimize care for this patient population. The primary responsibilities of this position will manage the integration of complex clinical practice strategies using facility and system specific outcome data, used to develop programs that results in sustained improvement of patient care.

This field based position supports the Western Region; including up to 75% travel west of the Mississippi

Essential Job Functions:
Develop key quality metrics at the facility and system level to ensure sustained compliance. Drive the adoption of Edwards’s products by rapid acceptance of applicable measures, as evidenced by facilities and systems’ specific reported data. Manage the effective data set necessary to develop key messages that are relevant to the external stakeholders.
Lead the successful implementation of new focused process improvement initiatives to drive the continued use of Edwards Critical Care products.
Lead the implementation of Edwards Collaborative Practice programs at facility level leadership with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables. Lead the implementation of plans and facility management to implement evidence-based standards, utilizing facility specific data.
Provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Leverage knowledge gained through direct clinician interactions and relationships in order to provide relevant input to critical conversations using facility and system specific data.
Provide direct education and training to stakeholders (e.g., U.S. Sales force, Global Marketing Team) on the effective utilization of facility and system specific outcome data that drives adoption of Edwards monitoring and disposable devices.

Qualifications: Required Education/Skills/Experience:
Master’s Degree or equivalent plus 8 years of related experience with direct healthcare management of large clinical organizations (will consider BSN plus 10 years of related experience)
Experience in clinical informatics, quality performance or clinical process design required
Must possess strong qualitative and quantitative skills and the ability to present outcome data to all levels of professionals including clinicians, hospital administration and C-suite leaders
Must reside near a major airport and the ability for 75% travel supporting the West Territory (west of the Mississippi).
Previous clinician experience (such as RN, Anesthesia Tech, etc); expertise in Critical Care, ICU, Anesthesia is strongly preferred.
Leadership experience.
Comfortable utilizing health-oriented software application.
Extensive experience with: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and health-oriented software applications.
Confidence and comfort when engaging with C-suite administrators, service line leaders and physicians.
Ability to relate to physicians, nurses, and senior-level healthcare managers.

Proven successful project management skills with demonstrated competency managing multiple and/or complex projects from inception to completion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems or related tools.
