Full-Time, 7pm – 7:30am

In collaboration and under the direction of the Patient Care Manager and Director, you will plan, oversee and direct patient care for the ICU assuring standards of quality, service and safety are met within the philosophy and objectives of BHSF; act as the day-to-day manager for the ICU and directly supervises the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective clinical operations and/or outcomes; and with Nurse Manager oversight, assist, lead and/or provide input into performance improvement processes.

Qualifications: Qualifications:
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Florida RN license.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.
• 3 years experience in an acute care setting; 2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Certification in area of specialty within 3 years of signing, promotion or hire.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills within patient information system essential.
