Description: Director of Nursing, Adult Congenital Heart Program
We are seeking a Director of Nursing for the new Adult Congenital Heart Program to open within our #1 U.S News & World Report ranked Heart Center. This is a once in a life time opportunity to start a new adult program within a pediatric facility. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with adult cardiac experience who will develop the new program including construction, recruitment, building the team along with move in to the dedicated adult floor. Qualifications: Required:
Master's Degree in nursing, business or a healthcare field
RN license
5 years' recent adult cardiac experience
3 years' management/leadership experience
