Description: Clinical Registered Nurse Specialist, ICU (ICU Experience Required) - Full Time, Day Shift
Fox Chase Cancer Center

In collaboration with the multidisciplinary cancer team, the CNS functions with the goal of increased quality of care of cancer patients and their families. This is accomplished through expert oncology nursing practice in the areas of caregiving, coordination, consultation, education, research, and administration. It is preferred that Clinical Nurse Specialists have a Specialty Nursing Certification in a relevant area. Clinical Nurse Specialists must adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses.

Masters Degree : Nursing (Required)
Doctorate of Nursing Practice (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

3 Years experience in progressive clinical roles (Required)
General Experience in a Clinical Nurse Specialist and/or Nursing Education role (Preferred)
General experience in adult education (Preferred)

BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred)
