The Corporate Resource Team of Orlando Health provides competent, supplemental staffing resources in the form of Registered Nurses to all nursing units within the adult population throughout the adult hospitals to promote timely and safe patient care. Staffing needs are assessed a minimum of every shift, and available pool team members are sent to units of greatest need within the team memberís competency. These nurses have a wide range of competencies including: ER, ICU, PACU, Stepdown, and Medical Surgical. They will receive a higher rate of pay in exchange for work location flexibility among the multiple hospital sites. Corporate Resource Team RNís enjoy 100% self-scheduling.

NOTE: Full Time, Part Time and Pool (PRN) positions available. Day and Night shifts available.

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to work in our Corporate Resource Team at Orlando Health with the following qualifications:

Experience
Two (2) years of acute care RN experience.

Licensure/Certification
Maintains current Florida RN license and BLS/Healthcare Provider certification are required.
ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required based on the appropriate certification for the patient population.

Education/Training
Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.

The RN Staff (Corporate 24/7) provides direct bedside patient care at any facility that regularly staffs RNs on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

FLEXIBLE SPENDING

For full-time team and variable full-time members, coverage is equal to their base annual pay; part-time team members are also covered for a specific amount of life insurance. Supplemental and dependent coverage are available at a low cost.

LONG-TERM DISABILITY
Eligible team members receive benefits equal to a specific amount of their base pay following a specific number of days of total disability.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
May be purchased by eligible team members to protect their income in case of illness or injury preventing work. There are three waiting period options from which to choose.
