Qualifications: Eligibility Criteria:

Must possess valid unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure to practice nursing in New Hampshire (or be eligible). Must have one year of relative work experience in designated patient care area. Must not have been employed by D-H or D-H member within a recent six month period. Hire effective date on or after November 1, 2018. Program may be modified or terminated at the discretion of D-H.


Participant must accept a Full-Time position Minimum 30 hours per week/60 hour bi-weekly. Participant is required to authorize an obligatory promissory note to complete work agreement. Repayment required upon default. Full bonus payment provided upon first employee paycheck. A 2-year work commitment is required.
