We are looking to fill an Assistant Nurse Manager 30-bed state of the art Intensive Care Unit. The Assistant Nurse Manager works under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager, supervises nursing non-clinical staff and the functions of the unit. Assists with or conducts delegated projects, assumes managerial responsibilities including supervision and evaluation of patient care and all nursing staff in the absence of the Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership abilities, must possess excellent (oral/written) communication skills and a desire to be part of the Nursing Leadership Team.

Qualifications: Education/Work Experience Requirements:
•BSN-Nursing degree.
•One year experience in a lead or supervisory role.
•Current Texas RN license, BCLS and ACLS certifications. CCRN certified desired, or must obtain within two years of being in the position.
