Description: RN - Cardiovascular Clinical Data Coordinator

Providing operational and strategic support to the Cardiovascular Program, the Cardiovascular Clinical Data Coordinator manages the data reporting process and promotes collaborative practices and partnerships with physicians and entities of the Tower Health system.

Position type: Full-time

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s in Nursing or a related healthcare field preferred
• RN licensure within the State of Pennsylvania; BLS certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in clinical project management, including team facilitation, clinical data measurement/analysis, and process improvement
• 4+ years of clinical experience in chronic disease care to include knowledge of health prevention and maintenance, as well as the phases of care: prevention, pre-hospital, stabilization, supportive care, rehabilitation, and social re-integration
• Clinical nursing skills in the area relevant to patient population
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Knowledge of EHR such as EPIC
• Ability to interpret and manage clinical data, guide and assist in the development of quality indicators, and monitor and analyze achievement of benchmark and best practice goals
