Description: Clinical Specialist
Etiometry provides next-generation patient monitoring software that helps clinicians better understand the status and trajectory of their patients and the clinical risks they are facing. Our software products are used by various clinical roles within Intensive Care Units, Operating Rooms, and other In-Patient units. The software is also used by researchers at the hospital sites, who export the data it collects in order to use it in clinical and quality studies.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will work with clinical leadership at Etiometry customer sites to define and then achieve goals related to the use of Etiometry software in the clinical workflow. In this role, you will be required to provide education, follow-up services, in-service training, and other related services as necessary to nurses, physicians, and other clinical roles that interact with Etiometry products. You will also be responsible for increasing the adoption of the software, and helping the customer to achieve their goals for integrating Etiometry products into their clinical workflow. You will track adoption of the software, and periodically report progress to Etiometry and customer leadership.

In this role, you will represent Etiometry to our clinical users, and as such, must present a positive and professional image of Etiometry, and be able to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clinicians. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the clinical components of the implementation within new hospitals in parallel with the technical installation process.
• Create and execute remote and on-site customer training plans and materials that fit within the training infrastructure the ICU has in place.
• Work with hospital leadership to create and acheive goals for Etiometry products for various clinical roles (MD’s, RN’s, RT’s, NP’s, Fellows, etc), while tracking success and adoption by users.
• Assist Etiometry’s marketing efforts by relaying success stories from customers and attending conferences to meet with customers.
• Assist Etiometry Sales team as a subject matter expert for on clinical use of Etiometry products by providing feedback from users and participating in presentations.
• Act as an information channel between Etiometry Departments and Customers.

Position type: Full-time

• Minimum of 4 years clinical experience within an intensive care unit.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively train clinicians from various roles on use and value of new technology.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, energetic, motivated and self-managed.
• Strong team oriented professional with good interpersonal skills who is hands-on with a high energy approach to work.
• Previous education/teaching experience preferred.
