Description: Manager Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac Cath Lab
The Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac Catheterization Lab Manager is responsible for creating and sustaining a healthy work environment for staff which fosters excellent professional nursing practice, shared decision-making, interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration resulting in positive patient and staff outcomes.

The IR Cath Lab Manager supervises all nursing allied and unit-based personnel in the department in order to provide a safe, caring environment for patient, family and staff. The Cardiology Manager plans, develops, implements, evaluates and monitors policies, procedures, budgets, the allocation of resources, continuous quality improvement initiatives, educational programs and shared governance, shared leadership councils to achieve departmental and organizational goals and objectives.

Ideal candidates for the Manager role have the ability to assess operations with a critical, keen, approach, and are proactive with minimal guidance to problem resolution.
Specialty Department Practice – Invasive Cardiology & Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab & Shift Schedule – Full Time Days

Position type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred

• RVT or ARRT certictification acceptable, with strong management background

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
